Vodafone Pay As You Talk Tariffs

Your handset will arrive ready to be used as standard with Vodafone SmartStep, but you can now move to another price plan completly free of charge as long as you transfer within 28 days following your first call. Please note you can only move once for free!

If you move your price plan more than once or out of the 28 days then you will have to pay an administration charge, with one exception you can move free of charge at any time to Next Step.

If you mainly use your phone in the evenings and weekends, then FirstStep is the price plan for you. Calls cost just 5p per minute to other Vodafone mobiles and from 10p a minute for local and national calls. So get chatting to your friends and family, and remember you pay just for your calls and nothing else.

With calls from only 5p per minute and text messages from only 9p per message, no peak hours and no service charge, SmartStep really does give the freedom to talk and text.

Is your phone your life support? If you use your phone all the time - in the daytime, evenings and weekends, NextStep with a flat rate of 10p* a minute will suit you perfectly. For 50p a day you can make 50p worth of calls and text every day. Make sure you use it all as your calling allowance cannot be carried over to the following day.

TopUp methods
You can TopUp your credit in three convenient ways using either your credit or debit card, a Vodafone E-TopUp Swipe Card or a pay as you talk Top Up Card.

Debit or credit card
To use your debit or credit card to TopUp simply register your card details with pay as you talk on line services, or by phone. Following registration you can then use pay as you talk on line services to TopUp or call the Vodafone pay as you talk creditline on 2345, free from your pay as you talk phone, whenever you need more credit.

E-TopUp Swipe Card
Vodafone's E-TopUp Swipe Card is a simple, secure and smart way to TopUp your mobile phone. Just one swipe and you can use your topped up phone credit. Simply pick up your E-TopUp Swipe Card and leaflet in-store. You can TopUp your phone in most newsagents, convenience stores, retailers and petrol stations and even if you lose it, you can link another card to your mobile. Link more than one card to your phone, and your family and friends can TopUp for you. You can even TopUp a card for family and friends to link to their phones, as a gift. E-TopUp Swipe Card TopUps are available in the following TopUp denominations: £5, £10, £15, £25.

Vodafone pay as you talk TopUp cards
Available from 1000s of shops nationwide, pay as you talk TopUp cards are scratch cards which reveal a unique number. Once you have revealed this number you can add the credit to your phone either by the pay as you talk on line services site, on the scratch card TopUp section, or by calling the pay as you talk credit line free on 2345. Alternatively, you can call the pay as you talk credit line on 08700 778899, which is a national rate call from any other phone.
