The way it works is simple. During
the first £10 you use each month,
all calls (local, national and calls
to any UK mobile network), cost 30p/min
at any time (text messages just 10p).
Between £10 and £20, these
calls become 20p/min. Once you have
used more than £20 in that month,
all these calls are just 10p/min.
This 10p/min rate is at least 20p/min
cheaper than any other pay as you
go plan!

Topping
Up
You can buy £20 T-Mobile Pay As
You Go airtime cards from many High Street
stores including Argos, Boots, Shell Select
Stations, WHSmiths & Woolworth's,
just to mention a few.
Alternatively you can add airtime
to your handset by using your credit
or debit card and calling T-Mobile.
The automated service
makes sure you can stay in complete control.
By dialing 150 from your handset, you
can use this quick and easy service to:
- check how much
money you have left on your phone
account.
- top up your account using an airtime
card or a debit or credit card.
- check your account details.
- get information on new services
such as coverage and price plans.
- speak to a T-Mobile Customer Services
Advisor
- debit/credit cards must be registered
with T-Mobile prior to use.
A charge of 25p per call will apply
to calls connected to an advisor except
when making a top up payment.
T-Mobile Disconnection
Policy
Any customer who does not make
any chargeable calls with their T-Mobile
pay as you go handset within any 180
day period will be disconnected by
T-Mobile.
