asked questions about the delivery
of orders. Please ensure you check

Is
delivery free?
Delivery is free of charge on all
orders within the UK.
We can deliver to Eire and the Channel
Islands, however an additional delivery
charge will be made to these locations.
We do not delivery to any locations
outside of the United Kingdom.
Where
can I have my order delivered to?
For security reasons we will not be
able to deliver your order to any
address other than:
a) your registered home address (UK
only)
b) your place or work (UK only)
If you request delivery to your place
of work this may create a slight delay
in the processing of your order as
further security checks will be carried
out prior to despatch.
In certain circumstances we may ask
you to provide us with proofs or identification
or address before we can despatch
your order. This is to protect both
you and us.
When
will my order arrive?
We aim to process and despatch all
orders within 2 working days of the
order being placed with us - this
is subject to successful verification
of your order/payment details and/or
credit check and connection to the
mobile phone network if applicable
and stock availability.
Providing you have supplied us with
a valid email address, you will receive
an email from us notifying you when
your order has been despatched from
our warehouse. Alternatively please
check our ordering
tracking system for updates on
the progress of your order.
Most mobile phone orders are despatched
via Royal Mail Special Delivery and
you can expect to receive your parcel
the next working day after it has
been despatched by us. These normally
arrive between 08.00am and 1.00pm.
Parcels despatched on a Friday will
be normally be delivered on the Saturday
morning before 1.00pm, but this is
not a guaranteed service. Deliveries
are not made on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
A signature will be required upon
delivery.
Some mobile phone orders are despatched
by Initial CityLink, these items will
be delivered between 08.00am and 5.30pm
the day after despatch. Items despatched
on a Saturday via CityLink, will be
delivered the following Monday.
Items under the value of £50
are despatched by Royal Mail Recorded
or First Class service, and may take
slightly longer to arrive. Please
allow up to 5 working days for delivery
of these items.
We understand how difficult it can
be waiting for your order to arrive.
However once your order has been despatched
and is on it's way to you, we are
unable to give you any further estimates
of delivery time.
What
happens if I'm not in when my parcel
is delivered?
Don't worry! If you are not in
when the courier attempts to delivery
your order they will leave a card
for you with details of your parcel
reference and a telephone contact
number.
You can then contact the courier directly
to re-arrange delivery or arrange
collection from a local depot if you
wish.
Please note that re-deliveries cannot
be arranged for Saturdays, Sundays
or Bank Holidays. Note also we once
your parcel has been despatched from
our warehouse we cannot change the
delivery destination address.
My
parcel has not arrived?
All deliveries are made the next
working day (excludes Saturdays &
Sundays & Bank Holidays) usually
between 08.00am and 5.30pm.
If you have been notified by email
or via our website ordering
tracking system that your order
has been despatched and you do not
receive your order or a notification
from the courier that they have tried
to deliver your parcel within this
time scale, please contact
our Customer Service Team who will
be able to assist with the tracking
of your parcel.
Please note we cannot be held responsible
for any delays in the delivery of
your order caused by the courier or
by no-one being available to sign
for your order at time of delivery.
