Group Conferencing

Group Conferencing is the quick and easy way to hold a meeting. Speak with up to 19 colleagues on the same call from wherever you are in the UK or abroad without disrupting the working day. Group Conferencing is flexible enabling you to stage a meeting at just a few minutes notice and at any time of day.

• Why make 19 separate calls when your colleagues can call into one Group Conference?
• There's no monthly subscription and no need to pre-book. You just simplypay for your own per minute call charges.

Get Started

Simply register for Group Conferencing by:

1. 1) Sending a text to 2255. The text needs to be in the following format: *mother's maiden name* or *password of your choice*. You will receive your secure PIN code by text.
2. 2) Calling 2255 free* from your mobile and choose OPTION 4 to speak to a Group Conferencing Operator.
3. 3) Applying Online via our web form.

What you need to do
Whether you have lots of colleagues located around the country or you are organising an event just follow the instructions below to hold your meeting.

• As the chairperson of the Group Conference you need to call 322 from an O2 mobile or 07720 322 322 from any other phone.
• When prompted enter the PIN number we sent to you when you registered and clearly state your name.

What other participants need to do
To join a Group Conference you need to give the other participants the following information and instructions.

• The time and date of the Group Conference.
• Your O2 mobile phone number.
• To join the Group Conference participants need to call 322 from an O2 mobile, or 07720 322 322 from any other phone.
• When prompted they need to enter the mobile number of the person whose Group Conference they wish to join, followed by #
• They will be put on hold until the chairperson of the Group Conference dials in.
• Please note, callers using Mobile Extensions or GroupWorker will need to add the prefix '9' to all short codes e.g. key 9322
